2. Discovery Calls

Our initial 20-minute discovery call is offered free of charge and carries no payment or refund obligations.

3. Monthly Finance Packages (Finance Foundations, Business Growth, Premium Advisory)

• These packages are billed on a recurring monthly basis for ongoing advisory, bookkeeping, and strategic services.
• Fees already billed for the current month cover work performed or made available to you during that month and are non-refundable once the month has commenced.
• You may cancel your ongoing package at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer partial-month or pro-rata refunds for early cancellation.
• No refund is provided for unused services, sessions, or hours within a billed period that you chose not to use.

4. Project / One-Time Engagements

• Project-based work (e.g. accounting system setup, bookkeeping catch-up, financial modelling, grant readiness and submission support) is typically billed via an upfront deposit and/or milestone payments, as agreed before work begins.
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they secure dedicated time and resources for your project.
• If you cancel a project before any work has commenced, we will refund any deposit paid, less any administrative or third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
• If a project is cancelled partway through, fees for work already completed are non-refundable; any remaining balance for work not yet performed will be refunded.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Emerald Global Advisory provides financial, strategic, and grant-writing advisory services on a professional-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to grant approvals, funding amounts, investor interest, or business growth targets. Refunds are not available on the basis that a desired outcome (such as a grant award) was not achieved, provided the agreed services were delivered.

6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us with your name, the service or package involved, and the reason for your request:

7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or card provider, so that we can address the issue promptly.
